NAKSHATRA AAZSTHA offers a premium living experience with meticulously designed 1 and 2 BHK apartments. Our transparent pricing model ensures clarity and peace of mind for our customers.

Development & Infrastructure Charges, inclusive of 6 months maintenance, are as follows:

  • 1 BHK: Rs. 1,75,000 + GST
  • 2 BHK: Rs. 2,00,000 + GST

It's important to adhere to the payment schedule to avoid any inconvenience. Additionally, society charges, GST, and other taxes will be applicable at the time of possession. Customers are responsible for all statutory charges, taxes, and any enhancements as applicable by relevant authorities, including stamp duty, TDS, GST, etc.

The carpet area of the apartments may vary by +/-3%. Prices are subject to change at the management's discretion. Cancellation of bookings is subject to a 2% charge of the total apartment cost (inclusive of GST), brokerage payouts (if any), and interest on delayed payments.

Society charges mentioned are indicative and subject to change at the time of possession. All payments should be made via Cheque(s) or Draft(s) drawn in favor of "JSB Homemakers Pvt. Ltd." payable at Mumbai.

For agreements valued over 50 lakhs, a TDS of 1% is required to be paid. Registration processing fees are charged as per actuals. E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted).
